What you need to know to get started

Submit Your Application

Application The first step is to complete the online application. If you are applying with a roommate or spouse, they must submit a separate application. The application can be completed online or at a computer at our office.

Application Fee There is a $35 fee for each person submitting an application. The fee must be paid via debit card or credit card following the completion of your online application.

Complete Your Interview

Once you have submitted your application, we will call you to schedule a short interview within 24 hours. You must bring proof of income, photo identification and a security deposit to your interview.

Proof of Income Each applicant must submit their two most recent paystubs from their employer. If you receive direct deposits, you may submit a bank statement.

Identification Please bring a copy of government issued photo ID, such as a Driver’s License, Passport or Green Card.

Security Deposit. If your application is approved, you must leave a security deposit of 1.5 month’s rent so that we can hold the apartment for you. Security deposits may be paid via cash or money order. If you do not sign your lease within 30 days, you surrender your deposit.
