EZ Rent Management is excited to welcome you to your new home! We are happy to have you. Please know that the management team is always here to help you. We sincerely hope that you find your new home comfortable and enjoyable.
As a new member of our resident community, please explore our “Resident Log In” portal, where you can make your rent payments with ease. If necessary, you can also submit a request for maintenance support using the “Maintenance Request” form. We invite you to review the information below to help guide you through the process of renting your unit.
Initializing Utilities: Utilities. Please set all utilities to your name prior to moving in. Promptly complete the “Utilities Sign Up Sheet” and send it to the office via fax, mail, or email to avoid any additional charges or service termination. As a friendly reminder, we no longer allow Satellite Dish service.
Move In Issues: Issues. Our dedicated maintenance team does its best to prepare the unit for your stay. However, they are unable to stay and function in the unit as a resident does. As you settle in, please take note of any issues and concerns that you would like us to fix. After a few days of feeling out the unit, call our office or request a “Move In Issues” service order online and we will promptly address your needs Note: When requesting service issues over the phone or online please only make one ticket. Feel free to list as many issues as you need resolved in one request.
Rent Payments: Payments. Rent is due on the first of each month. A late fee of $50 is charged if rent is not paid by the 5 th of the month. To help ensure timely payments, you may pay online using the Resident Log In portal. Cash Pay locations are also available. Please call the office to set up an account and learn what cashpay locations are closest to you! Please mail checks and money orders to the following address:
